Enjoy...as best you can !!

??? That video link from an Aussie show? I wouldn't say that was bad review at all???

If the Bimmer Bummers are slagging it off, it's only because they're worried their 'king' will be exposed as the fraud it is!

I think what the reviewer meant about an advanced rider, is that should you wish to have individual control of the brakes (as an advanced rider might), then by tapping the rear brake, it disengages the linked system... that's all...

He wasn't suggesting an advanced rider would necessarily be backing it into every corner...

His presentation erm, style, was, erm, well, very off the, erm, cuff, you know? He erm, might have been wise to have written er, a script, but he seems to have you know, done his, erm research, or at least er, read the press release, you know?

From 'Bill Lomas - World Champion Road Racer' written by Bill with a detailed explanation of the rear wheel braking technique he used in many GP and TT races (2 times World GP champion, 2 times TT winner) as well as his successful 'trials' career.

In context, of what the presenter was saying, this doesn't count, this isn't hitting the brake, this is using the rear brake to steady and balance a bike

I came across some nice colour photoshops on a Dutch site, which got the pics from Switzerland. Look and judge!

They all look good Hans - lets hope they drop the Varadero silver and go for a couple of those later in the year...?

Jen,
I actually meant the way he presented it, reading from a card and still getting it wrong, not what he actually presented, it made me want one even more. On top of that, I noticed that the new TCK80s that I have just fitted to my GSA will fit the new S10, it just gets better.

I agree with the Bimmer thing too...He he he.

Hi Ray.
Yes, of course I will - all of them. Here's the link if you want to take a look at the show and are considering going www.zweiradmessen.de Click on the brochure looking thing that shows the Dortmund show, then, on the right is a menu including 'exhibition outlook', this shos the Super Ten. From what I can see, they're calling it the 'World Premier', scheduled for 10.00 on Thursday. I'm not clear if this is a public day, but I'll ring tommorrow and ask. I also want to be sure it will be there. It also seems to suggest that pre-booked tickets have gone, but that there are plenty available 'at the door'. Again, I'll check.

Not sure when I'm going yet, but will have a think, depending on what I find out tommorrow.

Hi Loopydog,

I can't get to Dortmund, could you also try and take a peek under the seat to see if there is room for a Autocom or other bits like a tool kit, please.

Ray

No worries Ray. I'll take some photos too, but might have to send them to you by email, as I don't have a clue how to post them here. I'll p.m. you when I get back to get your email address.

Not sure if posting pictures here is to do with being a paid-up supporter, which I'm happy to do, but I won't use paypal (hacked account) and no-one's told me yet how to do it by other means. THAT'S A HINT TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP! Can I not just send a *!+^"'n cheque?
