I've fitted the ebay pegs and they're dead easy to do and only paid the 12..... including free postage! They do feel better for standing on and generally having your feet on, but I did have to drop my gear lever (no rubber adding height on the pegs) and they also let a few more vides through. Not enough to be uncomfortable, but just enough to notice. Bargain mod of the century!

I didn't see any replies to whether or not these would fit an XTR/XTX...? I thought I read somewhere that someone put YZ80 pegs on their XTR, and looking at these Ebay listings, these pegs you lot are buying are for YZ80-250, so I assume these will work on the XTR/XTX. I guess it's worth the gamble given the extremely low price. I hate the rubber pegs, thanks Yamaha for overthinking this one....

I got a pair and the locator hole for the spring on one peg was in the wrong place - I just drilled out another hole rather than send back/replace |
The spring doesn't physically fit into the recess on the peg, it is out by about 5mm, not wide enough
left footpeg spot on, just think it was packed wrong |
Mine was just like that, as said just drill out another hole then it works a treat.
