the sub frame to hang the side car from.. the intention was to have a leaner but being a ADV off road style unit being higher than the usal bath tub style units I would need to push the track to wide to get any useable lean angle from the bike so i will go with a fixed unit... the swinging arm is stainless single sided with a ratio of 3:1 to the shock... next is to settle on the size of the car & start building it... When I get going I may start a build thread on it.. Here or on ADV rider... http://imageshack.com/a/img214/7877/ssa41889.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img256/9101/ssa41888.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img21/3295/ssa41865t.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img171/2505/ssa41861.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img809/7555/ssa41860.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img26/1271/ssa41858.jpg |

Any progress on the sidecar? If so, pictures please!!!!!!!!! Robo |
Put a clutch arm stop on it...
Gives a finer adjustment & more constant clutch engaugement... Aswell as takeing the load of the clutch cable... now set the clutch lever to have free play as with a normal clutch... I have gone though 2 clutch cables with the constant load on them.. Done 12,000km with the Rekluse in now not had one issue with it... " Also built one for the TTR250 which has a Rekluse in it aswell " http://i1244.photobucket.com/albums/...1/SAM_0036.jpg |

it's been in the bike for 3 years now never had to open the
motor... no probs at all with it.... lower gearing dose help letting the revs come up quicker so the clutch locks up sooner.. I did build a better clutch stop to hold the stack open as using the cable was inconsistant... now the cable has no constant strain on it.. ... |
