Pricing would be as follows:
Small one: $119 USD
Extension: $135 USD

plus shipping cost....

FORGOT TO MENSION THAT YOU COULD HAVE THIS TOP PLATE IN THE FOLLOWING COLOURS:
BLACK
SILVER
RED
BLUE
ORANGE

But we would be at least 10 before I put an order on this. So if you are interested please let me know and I will put you on the list!
