Hej from a swedish newbie
Hi,
I'm from Sweden and riding an XT660ZA. Generally I'm quite happy with my bike but there are some exceptions (as everywhere) :-) Rolle |

Thanks to all of you for the warm welcome!
@Chalk Two: I have the feeling, that the change to the ABS version was made in a hurry. Reading the manual (which has separate chapters for the ABS and 'classic' version) was quite dissapointing. It starts with a non-adjustable fork suspension and reaches to 'The main fuse is difficult to acces. To change it, refer to a YAMAHA garage.' The same was said about dismounting of wheels (see the thread: Dismount wheel of XT660Z Tenere with ABS brakes). I think this is a no-go for a travel bike. So in my eyes the classic version after 2008 is the more complete bike. But I can also see many positive aspects. Rolle |
