Dear Pros,
I am using XT 660Z for more than 1 year now. Everytime I deinstall the engine guard for some reason (changing oil, installing crach bar etc.), I can not re-install the engine guard back . Front screws and the holes do not match as if I did not remove it from there

Does anybody else have the same problem? If yes, what is the solution?

p.s. I only remove the front 2 screws and bend the guard down. This serves the purpose. Even though I don't touch the rare bolts/screw the front screws do not match the holes
