Get yourself one of these mechanisms
on eebay Item number: 310348897870 they save your knuckles trying to get the valve back in the hole, and carry a small section of a 1m x 1m old picnic rug to change on (it saves getting sand and very small gritty rocks inside the tyre that eventually lead to tube failure. |
