Fitted last wednesday, probably done not even 100 miles on them but here are my first impressions.
They are a new tyre, I saw them on a sneak preview of the Triumph Tiger 800. Similar intentions to the Bridgestone Battlewings I ran last autumn they are claimed by Pirelli to be 95% on road, 5% off road. That being said I think they have a more aggressive tread pattern than the Bridgestones, so would expect them to have more bite and clearance.
Riding impressions; the front feels very committed and rolls into bends with little effort. The back feels a little more vague unless you are pushing on, and then it feels absolutely firm and stuck to the road. No problems with wet grip at all, either in corners or on the brakes.
Very happy so far. I paid 137 shipped for the pair.
