Hi all,
I have throttle stuck issue. When handlebar is turned to the left, throttle doesn't release itself so i need to pust it. It is OK when riding. To solve this issue, i removed down cap of throttles cable at handlebar; and push cable worked well. Then i mounted cap again, push cable didn't work. How can i solve this? |

I had this on mine and have had similar on various bikes...take the throttle housing apart..cables out and flush them through with wd 40 or similar..I then used a lube with ptfe in it...
The throttle/twistgrip on mine was also fouling on a build up of rust and what I assumed was some kinda grease which had formed an effective paste stopping it returning smoothly.. |

maybe it's fouling on the actual twist grip itself..

hi guys, not sure to understand if its resolved, but all is due to the distance of the grip on the handle bar
