Yes the two brackets and rubber top hat washers, from what I have discovered the part number for this screen is for a 2006 bike, there is no way the screen I have can bolt on as where the two lower bolt holes are the headlight glass is behind them there is no provision to use the lower bolt holes. The purpose of the rubber top hats are to have the washer on then as the bolt is screwed up the rubber washer expands pulling the steel washer and the screen and support together.
