Yep.

There is a locking nut on the 'plunger', which is threaded. Release the nut and turn the plunger to move the pedal. Same cyclinder as is on the TTR, I have TRG's too and adjusted the pedal down for the same reason you have!

Watch out for the rubber dust seal though, best to release it from the cyclinder first - they tear without too much effort.
