Did you empty the tank and fill with fresh petrol? Check for gunge at the bottom of the tank and through to the injector. Clean as necessary.
My bikes have to sit for long periods sometimes and the petrol is first to go off then check battery and all electrical contacts for condensation/furring - clean and coat with WD40 or similar.
