I know nuffink... but as Pete says, I've found that 30psi seems to work well on road, and down to 25psi when off road and/or the monsoon conditions we had at the weekend x

Obviously if you are a big fella (like Pete) or carrying luggage, you may want correspondingly more in the rear to compensate, as he did...
