That's right!
I owe the Yam Top Box ( or top case) in my Ten 08 and lock is striff and keys bend easily...

Tried to make some copies in a regular locksmith but was not possible...and I am afraid Sooner or late keys will brake...I always take the 2 copies in my bike keyholder for caution...

But no idea what Yam has thought for solving the problem...If they change the model, i think Yam should also free restore-replace the previous models as a proof og quality and customer service...
