As we have already spoken about a few weeks ago Marcel about the cooling system, maybe fit a bigger or different outlet postion radiator, one to suit the exhaust mod. May be the outlet could be on the other side & make up new inlet & outlet hose to suit the new postions.
I like those headers, much better bends then the other 2in1 headers for the XT.
You sometimes hit curve balls when being the first one to carry out a mod, same as my Raptor cylinder conversion, they said it will bolt straight on, like hell it did. So don't worry to much we will work around the problem, if you want I can go one weekend to the bike breakers & measure up some radiators & try & get a model for you..

I would like that if you can find a suitable radiator. I have some thoughts about fitting the hose but if this won't work we can try using a different radiator.
Also I need longer exhaust bolts (4 pieces). The oem are to short.
I'm going to check the sound shortly. I also bought a dbkiller for this type of exhaust, so if it is to loud I will use that.
I'm trying to find me a company who's specialised in bending exhausts.
Thanks.
