Hi mate
There's no easy solution to this. If non of the above doesn't work then you will need to do what I eventually had to do. It will take a steady hand with a small angle grinder and the thinnest cutting disk you can get to cut the long bolt between the swing arm and the engine mount. I recently had to do this as a last resort with my XTZ which broke the 4th gear dogs engaging the 3rd gear!
It was so solidly sized that a 20 ton press just managed to remove the sized piece from the swing arm bush. See attached photos. I bought a new bolt and nut in the end and have changed all of the bearings bushes and seals on the swing arm....
