IMHO you have two options...Option A,change the cable. Its possibly stretched and is the cheapest option.
Option B,change the clutch if the cable does not fix your problem.

At least that way you got a new clutch system and you could potentially change the springs/upgrade to heavy duty ones too whilst your doing it.
