               Hi everybody!
Let me shortly introduce myself! My name is Thomas, I am from Germany an drive a XT660 X 08. I am driving the XT for about one year now and I' ve done the following mods:

                PC5 with Dynojet O2 Optimizer
                DNA Stage 1 air filter
                NGK Iridium
GPR Furore Cans wiht CAT and silencers (
              http://www.gpr-germany.de/artikel/gp...f-mit-kat.aspx )

As I did not find a suitable map, I've loaded this one from the PC website to my bike:
412-515 (European model Akrapovice SP Series open slips on DNA Stage 2 air filter kit

Now I want to use Autotune. The PC website says: (
              http://www.powercommander.com/downlo...I22-020.03.pdf )

"The O2 Optimizer for this model controls the stock closed loop area. This
area is represented by the highlighted cells shown in Figure L. The Optimizer
is designed to achieve a target AFR of 13.6:1. To use this O2 Optimizer you
must retain your stock O2 sensor (even if using Auto-tune).
It is not recommended to alter the values in the highlighted area of your Fuel
tables unless instructed to do so by a Dynojet technician."

Can someboday explain that to me? Or just simply make statement, if I should follow Dynojets advise or not?

Has somebody a good advise for a propper AFR table?

                Kind regards from Germany
                Thomas

         Hi Thomas

The map you loaded is likely a bit off since DNA 2 provides the bike with alot more air than DNA 1 unless you have a drilled airbox.

Same for the open akrapovic, they dont have as much exhaust resistance as your option.

If you are going to use autotune i suggest that you start off with either a DNA map which you can get by contacted DNA support or the standard map provided by Dynojet and then build your map from there.

The closed loop is controlled by the ecu, the provided optimizer from Dynojet is just a way to try and optimize the closed loop afr.

If you want to get full control over the closed loop and let your commander map the the entire revrange to then i suggest you contact Kev on this forum since he has O2 eliminators for sale.
