I installed the speedo today.

You do have to remove the screen, headlight surround and side Indicator panels. I was able to Install the bottom screw first, then the right side and finally the top screw. The head light tilted forwards enough to access the bottom screw using a phillips screw bit and used a 1/4" ring spanner. It does have to be short!

But it is possible.
