At 40 mil K there should be ZERO T.P.S /E.C.U issues. 40K is a very young age for this engine. The timing chain should not need to be changed at this low engine use. The timing chain should last 100- 120,K before it is a concern.

Please look at this forum for more information before you give euros to your 'friend' mechanic. The moto may need a new drive chain (engine to rear wheel αλυσίδα) and new blocos / brake pads /
