It's water based so its not thick and gloopy BUT does cover well. On everything I've tried it on. No prior prep of spokes,other than a quick rub down of the rust AND then a degreasing/washing session. Obviously you cant paint it on when stuff's wet and I have used a hot air gun to dry stuff off and it also speeds up the curing process.

Im more than happy with the finish and longevity.

Did the hubs too.

I have also painted both calipers and various other bits like disc centres etc.

Its cheap and tbh I initially bought the small tub but liked it that much I have since bought,and used 2 litres of the stuff!!

No commision ...honest
