The MM 2-1 system can be troublesome to fit and it does rob the bike of top-end power. There are also reports of bad fitment and poor quality welding on OTR headers too. See here. Dominator systems don't seem to be much better either in terms of quality and fitment from what I have heard/read - but they are cheap as chips.

There are also Creptus and Huzar exhausts to consider too.

I think if you want quietness and power, you're possibly better off sticking to a 2-2. If shedding weight and/or increasing ground clearance are your main priorities then trying a 2-1 is probably worth a shout.
