Well done Cozi, useful information there.
Just also bear in mind that the swingarm pivot rides on two bearings on the outer sides and two solid bushes on the inner sides. When I stripped mine for the first time the bushes were actually in worse condition than the bearings. This is actually wear most of the seizing, squeaking and grinding comes from a tired rear end. You may have to factor in replacement of these (part number: 90380-22111).
It is also worth considering, if the bearings are OK but dry (no wear/corrosion), pulling out the MPL, cleaning them and replacing them with proper grease. The biggest problem with the swingarm pivot bearings is they have solid lubrication which is rubbish and means there is no room for grease on assembly. MPL replacements will only last at best 10-12K miles before its lubricating properties are spent and you'll be back to square one again. Removing the MPL and installing the needles with (waterproof) grease means you can actually achieve the 30K pivot bearing recommended service interval which is impossible with the stock set up.
