In addition to Pepsi's advice it is worth noting that quite often there is absolutely no benefit at all in running lower pressures in more road-orientated dual sport tyres (like the Distanzia/TrailRider) because they are designed with a stiff carcass and sidewall. They just don't have enough flexibility in them to compress/deform and follow the contours of the surface when aired down. In fact stiffer walled tyres are often more prone to pinch punctures, cuts and nicks when run at low pressures on rocks and gravel. To benefit from low pressures you really need to have a flexible tyre that's designed to deform in such conditions.
I think you'll have to suck it and see. Don't go too low as Pepsi suggests and don't expect a miracle in terms of improved grip and traction - it may end up worse!
