First you need to get your photo(s) hosted elsewhere on the web using Photobucket for example. You can't post a photo directly from your device on the forum, you can only post an image link (URL). This is why you need to upload them to an image hosting site first.

Once you've got them hosted, just copy the URL or the hosted image and paste it into the dialogue box that opens when you click on the "insert image" button when composing your post/thread.
