It is fairly common on a longer high speed run (extended periods on motorways) for the airbox drain hose to fill up, particularly on 2008 models. They changed the breather baffle chamber design from 2009, so it's less of a problem but it does still gradually fill up. Is the rubber bung still in the end of the drain hose? If it's got snagged off road and pulled out then oil will drain out on the floor. have a look and check this.

Otherwise the "fluid" can only be fuel from the tank breather, battery electrolyte, or (if nearer the front) coolant seeping out of the tell-tale hole on the bottom of the water pump housing meaning the mechanical seal has failed.

Do you mean the IT side of things, or do you mean the members?!
I read on other forums that this type of engine does that, but in the meantime I found out the breather nut on engine oil filter cover was loose
and probably this way I got more oil on the floor then it should be...
Dealer job "quality" as usual I better change oil myself next time.
