The stock spring rate on the Sachs shock (all years) is 68N/mm when new, and that's the problem; it doesn't stay 68N/mm for long. By 10,000 miles, when I removed mine, it was more like 55N/mm!

The stock fork springs are 4.8N/mm on pre-2012 Paioli sprung bikes and 4.4-5.4N/mm on post-2012 KYB progressively sprung front ends.
