Bit upset because I purchased an xt660.com sticker, paid, receipt & emailed to order but nothing for far too long now

Installed the Fuel Mod & O2 Controller perfectly, nice and neat, K&N in, snorkel out, set to 2 to 3 o clock and still surging low down, will keep tweaking but wondering if any suggestions on a better clock position on the resistor,
