Prices, and value varies over the country. I'd take it into a dealer and see what they offer you, that will give you an idea of the local market. Nationally, try a valuation from WeBuyAnyBike dot com, sometimes they give decent valuations, but mostly it's rubbish. What it will give you is the lower value.
Once you've got some valuations, make a decision what you'll accept, and price somewhere above that. Buyers like to think they've got one over on sellers, so if you price �500 over what you will accept and come down, they'll feel they've got a bargain.
Generally speaking, additional equipment doesn't add value, just makes it more attractive. However as yours has OE panniers, you should get a bit more, especially from a dealer.
I wouldn't like to put a value on your bike, what it's worth is different in everyone's eyes.
