I bought my pivot pegs a few years ago for my xtz750 super tenere and was just lucky that they also fitted its smaller sibling.
My daily commuting are with daytona boots that have a rather thin sole, so even when riding seated i like that i can angle the feet with load on an larger area enstead of jsut using the edge. The are also a bit longer so the support the most of the width of foot enstead of just the inside.
Yes, they are expensive but works really well
PS about the chinese copies. I find it rather funny that advertise them with patented features - but forget to mention that they are patented by pivot pegs. The copy might work just as well as the original but decide for yourself if you wants to support the maker of the original or just the copy ...
