I got some non-pivoting spiky metal pegs for my xtx off eBay a few years ago for �16 and I've swapped them onto four bikes since. They are a type cast iron spring loaded like the factory pegs but wide enough to be quite comfy. I can't find any on ebay now but I'm sure they are still available.
