I recently bought a PCV for my XT660Z from OTR - the EUR/GBP exchange rate is pretty good and it works out at 260.
I fitted it - which was a bit of a fiddle as the two pin white plugs that connect in behind the rear brake reservoir (I forget what bit they are) aren't quite long enough and the PCV loom seems a little tighter than I'd like.
I also fitted a map changeover switch to the right hand grey plastic inner - you can see it in the picture below. The LED is my charge warning light a very handy piece of kit.
I've decided to run it stock with DNA S1 filter at the moment - and my Lords what a difference! Great pick up and can be ridden through town with ease at sub 2000 RPM. I'll change it in stages, apply the right map and see how it feels.
Ultimately, I'll be removing the cat from the stock exhaust and running the Stage 2 airbox lid (no-snorkel). I have a suitable map to start from for this and I'll hand it over to a local dyno firm to tweak the map.
I also want them to develop a second map for long distance fuel economy work - hence the switch.
But so far I'm really impressed and that's on a stock setup!
