Thank you for the pictures. I can't tell where the spacer is. Is it between the pannier rail and the frame? On the pictures it looks like you have used the spacer on the exhaust hanger stap and the bracket Exan supply. I was told the purpose of the 10mm spacer was for it to be positioned between the frame rail and the frame of the bike so as to move the rail out by 10mm, but I will try your fitting as that in theory will push the silencer further inboard and may create he clearance I need.
