Pleiades is on a distinguished road
I've got adjustable raising links from Projection Components fitted to mine. After some experimentation I settled on a raise in rear ride height of 20mm (with a preload set rider sag of 65mm rear and 70mm front) which improves the handling of the XTZ (IMHO). I found that anything above that (30-40mm) makes the steering a little too flighty. To make a +30/40mm rise at the rear handle stably, you'd have to raise the front too.

The only way you can easily/cheaply raise the front is by getting some deeper fork caps machined so you can drop the forks in the yokes. You can obviously gain some ride height at the front by dialling in more preload, but that will be at the expensive of sag with the net result that the forks will not use their full stroke, reducing effective travel. Or open your wallet and do a WP/YZ/WR fork conversion!
