         most lightly it's going to be the front pin thats seized..
        The rear pin fits in a rubber sleeve...
 On the front pin pull the little rubber boot/seal off "it's toast anyway
 & will need replaceing" Then get a spanner & see if you can turn the pin
 to brake it free... It should be screwed into the caliper..
 Replace both rubbers...
