Zip tied mine to the frame, just above the dot 4 reservoir.

Didn't need to take the tank off to fit, you can get to the vacuum pipe dead easy, little bit of fiddly work to route the outlet tube past the swing arm joint and shock, but then it was easy to fit.

Also drilled and tapped the swing arm like John's.

Cannot recommend one of these enough.
Slight adjustment in my chain, once every 2-3,000 miles or so.
It's always clean and well oiled.
Does fling a bit onto my pannier, though.

Pleiades made a mod for that somewhere, iirc.

Have fun fitting it, shouldn't take you more than an hour!
