No. Only the CO value can be adjusted.

The AIT sensor measures air inlet temperature, whatever that happens to be - it is a variable. It only reverts to a fixed value of 20C when there is a fault detected with the AIT sensor; a code 22 will flash on the engine warning light if this happens.

I just adjusted mine until the motor performed best, which happens to be (with my setup) around the 6 o'clock mark. I haven't actually investigated what AIT temperatures are being read by the ECU in this position. I'll have a look for you when I get the chance...
