Is it possible to adjust the air/fuel ratio with this tool...?

If not, I assume it can it be used to monitor the change in air inlet temperature when using the Kev Fuel Mod.

I think the base temp is 20C. What temp are people adjusting the perceived temperature to, with the fuel mod, to get the best results...?
