Don't know about the XT..but the yamaha YZF/WRF come
sprung for a 75/80kg rider from the factory which will give
100mm of sag... 35/40% of suspension travel..

PS... is it a XTR / XTX / Ten ?
yeah cheers its a tricked out xt660x 2009 (blue with gold wheels) erm i didn't have a problem with it when i got it but i stiffend the rear shock up by one knotch as i was having trouble keeping the head light on the road lol i was having to put high beam on for breaking and low for accelerating lol so i stiffend the rear shock to take the see saw out of it ? and im around 9 and half stone
