They all vibrate worst around that engine speed, particularly with a full tank of juice. If it is particularly bad the first place I'd check would be the front engine mounting bolts are torqued correctly. If too tight/too loose they will cause excessive vibes, particularly if engine bars or bash plate have been fitted, and especially if non-Yamaha bolts have been used which can be a bit "stretchy".
