Bearings seemed fine at a good glance. I did find afterwards that when tightening the axle bolt it started pushing the r/h side chain tensioner out by a couple of mm's.
in the end I had to push the wheel hard to keep it level both sides. But its prob nothing but I've never noticed having to do that with any others of my bike.
