As it happened, I used one of these kits on my X today!

My tyre was slightly soft, still good to limp the few miles home in my opinion, but a friend insisted on using his CO2! It took 2 cannisters to get my tyre back to normal pressure, so I'd reckon it could take 6-10 if your tyre was flat as a pancake!
