Just an up date, I looked up Hagon on their USA wsite and the same numbers come up, plus the right springs were in the box - so others could have the same problem.
Wilbers springs gives 600-0048-02 and 500-0048-02 with no spring length given, Hagon number was 400-0048-02 again no spring length. The same Hagon part is on the Wemoto site
Fortunatly the guy on the phones mate, knew of the problem so they have sorted out some springs and are making up a pair of 18mm spacers, and should be in the post soon.
Will let you know how it goes.
Update. I rec'd a new set of springs - for a Honda XL Transalp 600V PN 400-124-00 with a pair of 18mm spacers (progressive) shorter windings but a bit thicker wire. All fitted ok filled with 10w fork oil to 140mm air gap STD . Felt a bit firmer, took the bike out for a 70 mile local ride on lanes and for me it felt a lot better ride. Well pleased. I chatted to some pals who have had problems resolved by Hagon and they have built up a good reputation for good service.
