Agree with your comments on the search functionality!

I did exactly what you are thinking, heated grips, replacement grips, and BB's - so I figured I would change the bars while I was at it. For about �40, it was simpler to do it then rather than pull it all off and re-do at some point in the future. Especially as the standard bars are reportedly as strong as cheese!

While you have the grips/bars in pieces, it would be worth having a look at Kev's throttle mod. I wish I had discovered that when I had mine apart
