It's the locating hole in the pegs themselves, you may or may not have to drill this hole, but it's pretty obvious when you put them together.
I have both PivotPegz and these cheap eBay ones. I like the PivotPegz, but they are around 10x the price of the eBay ones, I don't think they are anything close to 10x better. The quality <eBay ones> isn't brilliant, but they are comfortable and functional, and cheap. You
might just have to re-paint them in 18 months or so.
Originally I had the eBay ones on the Ten, then got a great deal on the Pivotz, the eBay ones are in a box in the garage... someday I'll get around to eBaying them.
