Thank you all for your help, I have now made lollipop baffles to fit in the end of my cored pipes. This has deepened the sound and made the popping a bit quieter.I am still experimenting with baffles and DB killers. I dropped my CO to 20 and this did improve it a little, I will let you know how I get on.
