If the fuse is blowing, and a 30A one at that, it's more than likely a short to earth somewhere in the loom. Often the cause can be part of the loom, most likely under the tank, rubbing through on the frame. Get the tank off and do a thorough visual check of all the wiring over the whole bike, particularly where it runs close to the frame.
