         i've done mine a couple of times, but never bothered to do a write up. if you've done it on another bike before it should be easy enough.
        
 bike on center stand
 lift front slightly off ground
 apply front brake so it doesn't run away
 cover plastic indicator holders and tanl by rag
 lossen top yoke and prop the whole lot onto plastic covers
 slacken two nut and remove
 forkes will drop down enough to grease bottom
 pull top bearing out and grease.
 put loads of grease into frame cavity so it constantly lubes bottom bearing over time
 drop front end down so weight is on bearings
 tighten up nut so there it zero play when holding bottom of forks and you pull forks back and forward
 tighten second nut.
 put top yoke back on and tighten top nut.
 job done
