Rear tyre should be a 130/80/17, a to wide tyre on the rear can push the front and would be worse in the dirt.
Maybe give the MT60's a go to start with as they will work on good dirt and will suprise you on the tar (but just the standard MT60's and not the corsa rs version ok).
Build up slow and see how you go, with MT60's you can enjoy the dirt and still get your boot to touch on the tar.
