Hey Osmund, could you say what you mean by decent tires?
In a german forum I found a post with problems putting on a knobby (tkc80) on an ABS tenere... coudn't break anymore! So please report on your progress - because I want to buy a tenere myself and such an issue will force me to the nonABS version, although I'm not that tall!
